My personal life story is influenced by a non-visible severe disability that is with me since I was 6 years old. In a highly performance driven society, this entails a number of challenges that have given me a deep understanding of the highs and lows of life.
As a result, my resilience and my sincere compassion for people are particularly well developed. This strength is the result of a constant process of adaptation and the ability to grow out of difficulties.
Friedrich Nietzsche's saying Amor Fati - Love your fate - Live your fate, has guided me for decades and expresses this wonderfully to me.
Through my own journey, I have learned the importance of self-motivation, overcoming obstacles, learning from setbacks and being mindful of the perspective that influences my attitude. My experiences are not only personal, but also scientifically sound.
As a resilience trainer and coach, I offer you not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical tools that you can use in your everyday life.
Resilience is more than just a concept - it is a vital skill that can be trained and developed.
Through my authentic perspective and scientifically sound methods, I can help you to strengthen your own resilience muscle.
Resilience does not only help us to get through difficult times, but also to prevent burnout. Greater awareness of our coping strategies, self-regulation and how we counteract chronic stress contribute to our mental health and well-being in the long run.
Besides the personal work on resilience as a coaching topic, you can also attend my open workshop in Düsseldorf (German language; English upon request). More information about the workshop: here
