Erickson Coaching International was established in 1980 in Vancouver, Canda and holds more than 40 years of experience.

Erickson is a thought leader for the science of change, a space for human transformation and growth. Their coaching technique is Solution-Focused, based on neuroscientific principles fostering a growth mindset and imagination.

I graduated in the four modules of Erickson Coaching with the Summer Intense Program in Vancouver in 2016. They are the essential tools for every coach and form the basis of my broader training in the world of coaching.
